ATTENTION:

I have posted this before and I will keep posting for all those who may not have seen it.

This tells you exactly what kind of person Michael's lawyer, Felos is.

Excerpts from George Felos's book, "Litigation as Spiritual Practice" (Blue Dolphin Publishing, 2002) with page numbers About the Jews, George Felos wrote, "The Jewish people, long ago in their collective consciousness, agreed to play the role of the lamb whose slaughter was necessary to shock humanity into a new moral consciousness. Their sacrifice saved humanity at the brink of extinction and propelled us into a new age." (pg 240)

"If our minds can conceive of an uplifting Holocaust, can it be so diffucult to look another way at the slights and injuries and abuses we perceive were inflicted upon us?" (pg 240)

Describing the period he was separated from his ex-wife, "that weekend I experienced rage. Savage, unadulterated, and murderous rage." (pg 6)

Felos wrote about his ex-wife, "To her, I seemed unattractive, sexually unexciting, balding, boring, and just not enough fun to be with....she didn't need me anymore. For her, marriage to me inflicted a fate worse than death. She admitted that for the past year or so she had wished for my death, and whenever I flew hoped the plane would crash." (pg 7)

About his anger towards his ex-wife, "I was on fire, fueled by thoughts of bludgeoning and tearing her apart." (pg 23)

Describing the period he was recuperating from his divorce, "it consisted mostly of dreams of being tormented in some inferno." (pg 27)

Mrs Browning, do you want to die? Do you want to die? - I nearly shouted as I continued to peer into her pools of strikingly beautiful but incognizant blue eyes. It felt so eerie." (pg 63)

"Whatever your opinion about tube feeding, the hard fact was it now stood between Mrs. Browning and her death." (pg 64)

About Mrs. Estelle Browning "...I carried with me the resolute determination to sever the artificial cord that bound Estelle Browning to this earthly realm. Her agonized cry for release ran though my mind over and over again, and I felt our spiritual bond." (pg 76)

"With my son as catalyst, I felt stirrings of my own early childhood, which was less than idyllic. I unconsciously blamed myself for permitting myself to be abused, and I believed I was, as a child. At some point early in my childhood I self-divided into a protector and the inner essence I was protecting." (pg 48)

While on a plane trip, Felos thought "I wonder what it would be like to die right now?" (pg 181)

Felos wrote that God told him, "You are more powerful than you realize." (pg 182)

About the Estelle Browning case, "I still got a kick that evening seeing myself on the TV news, notwithstanding my frequently displayed countenance in the media of late."

"If I had to urinate, I didn't wait until the next commercial, I immediately got up and went. On the first urge to defecate, I left for the bathroom rather than making one more phone call." (pg 292)

"I can truly say my wife was enamored with me. I suppose power and success really are potent aphrodisiacs - as my spouse had made particularly evident our previous night at the Governor's Inn." (pg 246)

I didn't vote for Mr. Bush. I did not like him because of the war, but now I have a new respect for both Pres. Bush and his brother Gov. Bush, because of them supporting Terri Schiavo. God bless them both. Please don't kill Terri. This is cruel murder.

The husband has not recognized the sanctity of this marriage.

Also, a husband who beats his wife and brain damages her shouldn't be allowed to euthanize her (not saying that happened here).

The husband shouldn't be the decisionmaker in every case.

Thank you! That rose is beautiful! As Terri said, "Where there is life there is hope."

Has anyone caught Sen Moran who Fox just had on? I saw him the other night on Hannity and Colmes and once again just now.

I can only hope more of the media puts this guy on to show exactly how little democrats care about life.

Yes, Felos and ALL, I mean ALL those that support this barbaric decision are evil scumbags but it's over.

The media will now feast on people supporting Terri. That's all that is left.

Jeb Bush did all he could, legally.

Judge Whittemore has again ran out the clock. I believe that to be cynical and disgusting behavior on his part.

Okay, just watched the news and answered two of my questions. If anyone can answer #3 and #4, I'd appreciate it.

1. What is the basis of the Schindler's current lawsuit?
Allegations of abuse and incorrect medical diagnosis

2. On what basis did Whittemore deny?
Whittemore ruled the case was "without merit"

3. Does Gov Bush have any pending litigation? Status?

4. Does DCF have any pending litigation?

What Have we Learned? What Will We Do?

The last “legal” effort to save Terri has been denied. The portals of disinformation continue to provide their global platform to the ministers of propaganda of the new regime of the culture of death. They have all the airtime they could ever desire in order to feign civility, call evil good and good evil, and continue to numb what is left of the conscience of a nation that long ago accepted the lie that there is no truth, that “freedom” consists in the raw power to do whatever one wills and that liberty is really license.

“Separation of powers”, the “political” ones insist, while Terri breathes her last breath, starved to death, powerless, because solidarity has been replaced by the worship of individual autonomy. “States Rights”, cry some others, ironically some of those whose own ancestors were once called “three fifths of a person”. Still others insist that this evil act should not be remedied by Executive action because to do so would violate “conservative” principles.

The ones who compromise with darkness begin their efforts to compromise the magnitude of all of this. They speak the platitudes of this age of utilitarian nihilism. Yet, Prometheus has been unchained. It is not accidental that this triumph of the will is all being played out on the day when we remember the One who embraced the whole world from the tree on Calvary. How utterly prophetic and profound it all is.

The God of Love Incarnate who walked the way of weakness and suffering now walks through the barricade in Pinellas Park, Florida and holds His beloved. Soon, He will take her home and she will be at peace. We who feel so helpless will weep.

In a house in Rome, a holy, frail man sits and weeps, praying for Terri and for the modern “Jerusalem” which has failed to recognize the time of its visitation. Yoked to the One whom Christians will soon recall walking the Way of Suffering, he offers his own suffering as a prayer. Unable to speak with words, his message is more powerful than ever, at least to those who have the eyes to see.

We who are Christians now enter the great mystery of the next Three days. Not long from now we will hear once again the account of the stone that was rolled away and the testimonies of that Event which exposes the darkness with light and turns the world upside down.

Then we will be sent, once again, into a world that God still loves, desperately in need of hearing and seeing Good news. Then, once again, we will also be sent once into the public square of civic participation for the common good.

What have we learned? More than can be addressed in this short piece. Besides which, the moment deserves more. It is time to pray, to mourn, to intercede, and to worship. However, make no mistake, this event has forever changed the political landscape. I just heard one pundit say that this will all be forgotten within months and will have no real political effect.

Really? Stay tuned.

Romans 1:28-32

And even as they did not think fit to have God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do the things not right, being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; being full of envy, murder, quarrels, deceit, evil habits, becoming whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, insolent, proud, braggarts, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, perfidious, without natural affection, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous order of God, that those practicing such things are worthy of death, not only do them, but have pleasure in those practicing them.

As every door slams shut for Terri, I can only pray for a quick end to her suffering. I am so sad for this country and even more sad for our judicial system.

If anyone ever wondered what harm would come from liberal judges... take a look. If anyone ever wondered why morals were important in a leader... take a look.

My heart goes out to her parents who have lovingly taken care of her all these years.

I admire Jeb Bush for trying. He truly did. I only wish Terri's parents would appreciate it.

She has been ruled by the Florida court system per 765.101 that the Terri is in a "Persistent vegetative state" and thus is not to be considered handicapped (not the same thing). She is not viewd as handicapped, in a coma, or disabled under law.

A case of judicial activisim? Hardly, because Judge Greer followed Florida law to the letter and his decision (like it or not) has been upheld dozens of times.

I don't know anything about God punishing America. We have had all these abortions (which I am against) and the economy and standard of living in America has gone every years since Roe v Wade.

Maybe God is waiting to sucker punch us?

Just saw this post from pc93 buried on another thread. Anyone know more about this?

FOR GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION - PLEASE DISTRIBUTE WIDELY

BREAKING NEWS: DOCTOR STATES that Terri hit on head between day 2 and 6 after collapse FEB/March 1990; Suffered intracranial hemorrhage while in hospital

"In another emerging revelation, another neurologist who examined the timeline of Terri’s brain scans found that for the first three days of her initial hospitalization in 1990, her brain scans were normal. Then suddenly, on the sixth day, her brain scan showed evidence of a massive injury. He concludes that Terri was hit on the head and suffered intracranial hemorrhage while in the hospital. The physician maintains that she did not suffer her brain damage outside the hospital but while she was hospitalized.

According to the physician, if the reports produced are accurate (normal CT brain on Feb. 27, injury on Feb. 25, 1990) then she did not suffer an event of massive ischemia on Feb. 25, 1990, the date of her alleged “collapse” The physician says that there is no radiologist or neurologist or neurosurgeon in the world that would dispute this as it is impossible. The CT on Feb. 27, 1990, would have been grossly abnormal."

The entire article including Terri's NORMAL original brain scan is at:

It amazes me that so few are really willing to consider the possibility that Terri would not want to continue in this state, whether she is PVS or MCS or something else. If that is the case, then this entire circus does a grave disservice both to her and her parents and siblings.

Then again, given how many folks are willing to believe myths about Terri walking and talking, it shouldn't be surprising.

We also need a new political party. One that is dedicated to life, family, true and authentic freedom and solidarity.I know, I can hear it all now, "third parties"....blah,blah,blah However, those of us who are "reluctant republicans" have no place to go back to in a Democratic party run by lunatics. The label 'conservative" will soon mean :"libertarian"... the label "liberal" means nothing. We need a party of conscience that reasserts first principles and rights the egregious wrongs of the culture of death
