If Jeb Bush violates the law he should and would be arrested and incarcerated.

Yes, for heaven's sake, let's not violate the law ... (the same law that allows a disabled woman to be starved to death.)

A human law that results in the murder of an innocent person is morally vacant. I find your adherence to blinde legalism soulless and grotesque.

I won't judge Jeb Bush on this. He's the one who must decide whether or not this is the hill for him to die on, so to speak.

I do know that Abe Lincoln violated court rulings a couple of times during his tenure (during the Civil War, of course). He was never arrested (indeed, Bush would not be arrested but, rather, subject to civil penalty or impeachment) and we don't condemn him for that today.
