The Bush 41 appointee to the 11th circuit court voted against the TRO and a further hearing. The Clinton appointee, one of them, voted in favor of putting the tube it. Doesn't that tell you that this is an issue of LAW?

This is not a Conservative vs. Liberal issue. It is not a GOP v. Dems issue.

Don't you realize that by blaming the liberals and MSM you are as guilty of politicizing this event as they are!

That proves that, for the Save Terri side, this is not political. I would argue that Judge Greer is 'conservative' in any real sense of the word--unless you mean that he would have felt right at home on the Dred Scott court.

As far as I'm concerned, someone pro-death can not be counted as a conservative in any meaningful sense.

I've never blamed the liberals & the Media for my lot in life, thank you very much. Actually, I agree with you - it's not a liberal/conservative issue. I am surprised how many of my conservative friends think that Terri should "be allowed to die". On the other hand, I have liberal friends (I know it's hard, but I like challenges) who think that Terri is being "forced to die".

What I meant in my post, is that the liberal pundits, such as Susan Estridge & Geraldine Ferraro are almost bursting at the seams with glee over the whole thing. The liberals & media are hoping one of the Bushes will break the law so they can have their scandal in Bush's second term & mar his legacy.

Of course they're willing to sacrifice Terri to do it. First they prime the sheeple by having an Oscar winning movie EXPLAIN it all to us so we can see that Right to Die is a beautiful thing. Abortion was their answer for welfare & now Euthanasia is their answer for Social Security.

Those statements I still stand completely behind. Got a problem with that?
