To add something, which might seem contradictory to my post, but I don't see it that way...
When Jeb was on his way, with the DCF, to take custody, I never got clear if he had FDLE with him or not. But whatever he had, it was not adequate to the task, as Greer sent word they would be met with police force if they tried, and they backed off.
That is when Greer went totally over the line into dictatorship. He even has people embedded throughout law enforcement who are following his orders and informing on Jeb and the DCF and FDLE. There is an emergency rebellion now coming out of Greer's Judgeship. The man is in violation of many laws, at the same time.
I don't know what precisely Jeb should have done, but with or without Terri as the cause, Jeb needed to see that he just ceded power to George Greer. He needed a plan to reassert his coequal, seperate power. Also, now Jeb's brother has ceded that power to Greer, because he is the only other Executive who could act and hasn't.
Both men try to look at this narrowly and have apparently not grasped the scope and depth of this threat. If they have, they are not letting us in on it.
But GWB took time off from his vacation to sign that legislation! That's enough, isn't it? (sarcasm)
Heavenly Father - We beseech Thee to cause Judge George Greer, Michael Schiavo, George Felos, and all other pathetically puny human beings hell-bent on hurting our little Sister, Theresa Marie Schindler, to back off and stop tormenting her. Please place a hedge of protection around Terri. Please open a door for Governor Jeb Bush to walk through in order to save Terri's precious innocent life. Jeb should have called a presser right then and there in the middle of the road to declare Greer incompetent. Jeb is GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Greer is merely a pompous county judge.
