What angers me is just because that is the record as it stands, it is taken as final...however, no one is questioning whether the trial was fair...THAT is the real issue here and that is why a new trial needs to be ordered...why are people thinking that a court can't be corrupt or biased....better wake up people
For the same reason so many people treat doctors like Gods. Long ago, people NEVER questioned a doctor's opinion(s). We have still doctors whose feathers are ruffled when a patient asks for a second opinion...or third...too bad.
I'd ask as many doctors' opinions as possible, until I felt I'd had enough confirmation, before doing something drastic with myself or my children.
Legal what you hearing about why Judge Whittemore did NOT grant a new trial? It sure doesn't make sense.
