You expect us to believe Jesus healed EVERYBODY and brought EVERYBODY back to life?

No. He waited to be asked.

Is God capable of feeding ALL people? THEN if some people have starved throughout history does this mean God is therefore NOT pro-life?

People starve due to mans wisdom, not Gods. Nations either choose good or they choose evil. The nations only hurt themselves by their decisions. They start their own paths.

The TRUTH is you have no idea what God's will is in this.

Sure I do. His entire plan is found in the good book. The beginning and the end will be found there. He's letting us learn the hard way because man is so stubborn, but in the end man kind WILL get the idea, and KNOW his laws were right all along.

Personal insults are not normally necessary.

But, bear in mind, the issues of late have been very emotional.

When one is passionate about a topic; rationale does usually go out the window.

Emotions do that. Right or wrong.

That does need to be factored.

Very well said. No matter what side of this people fall on, Terri has served a purpose even greater than herself. Bless her heart.

I used to have a boyfriend that played in a band.
He'd always ask me "Is it weird enough for ya yet?".
I'd love to run into to him sometime.
My answer would be different now....;))

You worthless SOB. I never wrote that I wished anyone to get killed in a bomb attack. Why don't you learn how to read before you start running your incoherent mouth.

You mean, when you said "I hope the two dissenters don't get hurt." what happened was, the html of your post left off the part where you said "oh, and I also hope the judges who refused to intervene also don't get hurt" right?, or was it simply that you hoped the judges that you disagree with were hurt - Considering the topic, a bomb threat, what it amounts to is that you hoped those judges YOU deem guilty are hurt by a bomb.

Yeah, I know how to read. I think I nailed you dead to rights, so all you can do is hurl insults...

"People leave backbacks all the time. We don't scare everybody saying it may be a bomb."

True. It could be a backpack full of Whoppers with Cheese and fries and dirty socks and beer.

Mike, threatening to run?

don't post like that. I will start to doubt you are who you have posted to be.

Message board infiltration is part of the war.

You are turning from that?

Yes for real. Go lurk at DU, you will see.

Don’t Panic! The Battles Are Waging; The War Is At Its Height. Believers Are Called to Be Wary and Faithful
There are wonderings, murmurings, rumblings in the streets today: Could this truly be a time when we might observe some great symbolic, spiritual "sign" that will be so clear, so obvious and so shattering that it will rip the veil of darkness and cause a great epiphany to occur in the hearts and minds of non-believers and cynics worldwide? Think on this:

The world is so troubled now - the terror, unrest, dissention, criminal and immoral behavior are at a pinnacle. Daily new chaos is erupting, events of great trouble are piling heel upon heel, and we are spinning in a world filled with stress laiden stories. Our emotions are racing over events that cause even the most logical of persons to search for answers, and question the reason for the suffering and extreme ugliness that we have been observing in the past few months. Even those who understand that there is a tremendous battle being fought on the spiritual level between good and evil find it constantly challenging to hold onto complete faith in God's power over such strong forces that are now at hand.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

We are given the suffering of two pure souls to reflect upon:
Pope John Paul II, and Terri Schiavo.

The target of the strongest fight is the most holy of the land - our dear, loving, Holy Father, Pope John Paul II. Our strongest and most constant prayers are needed not for ourselves but for all of God’s strength and all of God's blessings be directed to him so that he can avenge the enemy who is longing to celebrate his demise. Without the presence and guidance of this holiest of men, evil will burst into an even more frightening rampage. There will be fights among even the holy men in the Vatican for power. There will truly be a turmoil in the Church, and gleeful laughter from the darkest souls and immoral spirits who will celebrate the world's loss of God's most powerful representative.

*************
Terri Schiavo is caught in this battle because she is an easy earthly target and through her husband, whose soul has become one with the demon, evil has created a worldwide conflict that has caused an extreme chiasm between people of faith and non-faithful alike. When Terri passes those who will be the most sorrowful will be weak and be easily swayed to disbelieve in and question God's power and goodness. There will be many who will turn against God if Terri is not saved; and there will be the non-believers who will gleefully point at what they claim is a fallacy: that God is all powerful. They will stand ready to collect newly fallen souls into their ranks. We cannot fall prey to their temptations to go astray, to become violent, bitter or resort to unlawful acts.

Terri's fight is a prime, planned event of the devil's most devious, deceitful, design. It is not a coincidence that these two people are suffering together while the whole world watches. It is also not a coincidence that this is occurring in Florida with Jeb Bush at the helm of government there, while his brother, George W. in charge of our nation. These two leaders who have deep moral beliefs and spiritual convictions are the thorns in the devil's side that he cannot tolerate. The fact that this has become a political game is the devil’s planned effect. And as this unfolds and tears at the threads of judicial robes, and political "suits" Satan is cheerleading on the sidelines enjoying the volley. Whatever the outcome, whatever the time of their deaths, we must all remain ever vigilant, be most fearfully aware, and pray with the greatest fervor than at any other time in our own recent history.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.usSt. Michael the Archangel, arm us well. Keep evil thoughts and from filling our minds, and fill out hearts and souls with love. Help us to remain faithful believers through the trials that are now upon us. Keep the light shining brightly for us that we may always find our way in the thickening fog that will settle around us. Fill us with the courage of the Holy Spirit as we face our enemies who wait steadfastly to steal our faith and our belief in God’s profound love. Amen.

gotcha, I actually play in an "1870's rules, vintage" baseball league... no gloves, old uniforms, wacky rules... that type stuff. Very cool league, I'm in NJ (only three teams here) but there's a lot in central and western Pa, Ohio, Rhode Island etc. Just wondering...

I know it has been very emotional. I just wish people would refrain from insults of ones intelligence just because they disagree. Call me names, I don't really care, but most of us here are educated people. I may be a lot of things, but stupid isn't one of them.

No I am turning from the absolute lunacy that makes my stomach turn on here that I have seen today.

I dont mind the infiltrators so much. Trolls happen every day.

the stuff I have been reading today is likely not coming from Trolls but people I have been blogging with since last June. Makes me wonder what I got into and if I want to be a part....

I am not alone in this either and thats very sad.

Nope. This was just your run of the mill baseball stuff....

I wish I would have been around (and younger!!) when the Cal Ripken Baseball league came around. I would have loved to play in that one....

I have thought that as well. Glad someone is saying it.

Having said that, I have met some super awesome people too. I have laughed to tears on many occassions. I think I'll stick around. Things will get back to "normal".

This place saved my sanity during the election, when I first joined. Stuck out here in Boulder, Co for goodness sake. Doesn't get much crazier than that!

If they had read their BIBLE they would know they were not really Christians.
"

"These are the kind of self-righteous judgments are that are really turning people off....INCLUDING genuine born again Christians who do read their Bibles and happen to disagree with you and your application of God's Word."

"The Pharisees thought they had the right to judge everybody by scripture as well.
Jesus saved His most scathing condemnations for them."

You accused/judged me to be self-righteous MR. You use the words 'born again', I only corrected the word.

Maybe you are turned off by your own choice not because of your disgust of others.

What is your problem with letting the Bible determine whether or not one is a Christian. That is allllll I said.

I have the suspicion that Terri's death won't be the last one. Don't know why, how, when or who. It's just a gut feeling I got over the last few days. I will be watching when I can. I almost got killed by a bomb in Spain the last time I felt this, 21 years ago.

sure it can...

I live in Ohio :)

I have met some wonderful people on here too. Some even sent the troops some stuff through me when I was in Iraq and for that I am forever grateful.

But it's just gotten insane.
