Clicking on the Source link will take you to the PDF file hosted on MichaelSavage.Com which is the Thomas More Law center's Response to Jeb Bush's request for their legal opinion on the Schiavo case, dated 10/15/2003.
Read it for yourself and be appalled at Gov Bush's inaction for over 2 years. He knew over 2 years ago that DCFS had the power to take custody of Terri.
He knew that there was a strong posibility that abuse and neglect was taking place over 2 years ago.
From page two, typed by me:
"In the final analysis, the fact of this case clearly establish probable cause to conduct a full criminal investigation of the circumstances surrounding the disability of Ms. Schiavo. To date, the facts of the case have not been viewed through the lens of a criminal investigation."
"Ms. Schiavo's life is at stake. Therefore you should take immediate custody of Ms. Schiavo... direct the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to conduct of full investigation of the facts and circumstances of this case, to include secuyring search warrants and interviewing witnesses, including medical experts, and take measures to prevent future harm to Ms. Schiavo pending the outcome of the investigation. "
The Florida Supreme Court disagrees.
This needs to be done, even if Terri dies. Justice must be done, people need to go to jail. The sunshine needs to be shown on all these scummy little cockroaches. Greer, Felos, SCUMBAG, etc
They also think Al Gore won the election.
Do you have a bump list for Terri threads?
I'd like to see if a grand jury agrees with the supremes.
exactly......A grand jury needs to have an investigation.
Excellent comeback!
Excellent comeback!
make no mistake....the very soul of America is at stake
If Bush does NOT go in and rescue Terri, it won't happen.
How many legions does the Pope have?
Michael Savage impressed me big time tonight.
It was extremely refreshing to listen to a talk radio host that is NOT a bushleague sock puppet.
Good posting. After this fiasco with Terri, Jeb might want to polish up his resume.
This is powerful information.....but where I see the hang up is that Jeb has to petition a court to take custody and he did and was turned down. Are his hands tied now?
If he doesn't save her now, his political career should go down the toilet, I hope.
No where in any statute does it say that the governor or DCFS has to get permission from a judge to take emergency action.
