The other morning I saw part of a movie about two punks terrorizing a subway car full of people.
One by one, they bullied and humiliated the passengers. There were about 20 passengers in the car, and they could have easily jumped and beat the crap out of the thugs, but no one was brave enough to do it, so the terrorizing went on.
Contemptuous of the people in the subway car, I convinced myself that if such a thing were to happen in reality, the thugs wouldn't last a minute.
But, here we are. Watching murder. And all we do is post our outrage on an internet bulletin board. And no one is really doing a thing about it.

Unfortunately, it happens all the time. I forget the details of the case, but Belle Isle, Mi. comes to mind...as does the recent beating at a restaurant. And as you say...we can now add Terri to that list.

At this point the most powerful thing we can do is pray.
You can be sure there's a warfare going on in the heavenlies, that parallels this battle for Terri's life.
