Don't know who was calling the shots on the legal team for the Federal Courts, but they are at fault on this as well while an innocent woman is starved to death.

The unanimity of legal talking heads from across the political spectrum shaking their heads in disbelief at the pleadings spoke volumes. The feckless performance of the legal team will gnaw at many of us for years to come.

I agree with that -- it makes no sense to me that Randall Terry wouldn't have had a crackerjack team to plead in Federal Court.
