These spineless politicians! Common sense has gone out the window as has the constitution in lieu of the judicial state (remember, judges are just lawyers aren't they so what did we expect?). So many of our founding fathers died for their beliefs and noble causes....yet none of these politicians including the brothers Bush (and I am a Republican) are willing to use their constitutional executive powers to prevent this miscarriage of justice. So much for human rights.
