Why don't you focus on the pleading of her incomepent attorneys -- they didn't even plead what was required? But no you people would rather slam Jeb or the President for not doing enough.

Where were the House GOP lawyers on this? They could have helped at the same time filing their own briefs, etc. The families lawyers could only do so much. They have been fighting this battle in DC, in Tallahassee, St Pete, Alanta and Tampa. Where are the pro-life lawyers on this?

The House lawyers could not get involved. Everytime I have seen this team on TV, I have shuddered then Larry Klayman shows up. We have some really great minds at conservative law centers but yet they were not asked to come in and help. Right to Life and others get tons of donations, where were their lawyers?

I am not blaming the family because they had no means to go out and hire the best attorneys and I think Randall Terry sweet talked them, but what was wrong with the legal team itself not asking for help?
