I just read the 38 page Guardian Report and there was nothing mentioned in there about any abuse. That report covered numerous hearings and appeals for guardianship and abuse was never an issue.

It also says that up until a short while ago, Terri's parents agreed that she was in a permanent vegetative state. I'm not sure why they changed their mind.

And, based on Florida laws, there is nothing criminal about having the feeding tube removed. The judges did nothing wrong.

Also mentioned were the care that Michael gave Terri up until he realized that she wasn't coming out of this state.

There was also something about Michael's gesture to give up any monetary benefits from Terri's death.

But I didn't find anything that pointed at a massive conspiracy or attempt to murder this woman.

There was nothing legally wrong with Jim Crow or Dred Scott, either. History... or God... will judge. I'd rather err on the side of life.
