No it wouldn't, especially when the Below Decks won't bring up and coffee.

Don't remind me--our topside did it back in 1990. Underway for TRE the next day.

The topside watch on the Los Angeles committed suicide a few years later (94-95?)--now THAT was a totally preventable situation. You should have heard of some serious khaki heads rolling but I don't know if that ever happened.
