I hope she knew I loved her. She was a school teacher, drove a car and had 3 children. When she died, she was teaching a man at the assisted living facility to read. Remarkable indeed.

NO, He tells us His will in writing. The Bible. And when you accept your Savior's redemption, He comes to live inside you to lead you. He won't contradict written Scripture, but will help you understand it.
He also says our consciences can be wrong, since we have a sin nature, even if we are born again. Or rather, our consciences are right, but we often do not hear them because of our sin.
Non-Believers in Christ can follow their consciences, but to God, it doesn't matter. Doing things does not ive spiritual life. You could never DO enough to ever earn the perfection God requires.
He wants to know, "Do you accept the death and resurrection of My Son for you? Do you believe and repent and receive my grace in Christ?"

In seeing Terri so much, gives me new respect for all you do in the loving care of King Vanity, a Huge job.
And I can imagine how awful it is for you to watch her perents suffer, having a handicapped child.

But you are wrong, because God commands us not to tempt the Lord our God. We are nowhere told in Scripture to take the lives of the sick. We are told to pray for them. We are told to have the elders pray for them, that they may be well. We are told to persist in prayer. We are told to want God's will. We are told to show mercy.
We are also told that some people's sicknesses are not because of their sins, or their parents, but purposed by God so that He can receive the glory.
You need to repent, because you are actually NOT loving. You have been deceived. You are being disobedient to holy Scripture which He says is inerrant and there for you to teach and inform you. 2 Tim 3:16
Yes Christians have hope, but to call her life "hellish" is contrary to what God calls it. He says we all have battles while here, and hers is worst than most anybody's. He encourages us to keep trusting Him, however. Who are you to argue with His wisdom, His plans?
