"DH has been praying specifically that God will supernaturally keep Terri alive to confound the doctors and bring the truth about MS to light."
Me too...I would love Terri to rise up healthy and healed on Easter morning and speak and say "Michael tried to kill me!" The left would be running for cover when Jesus lets them know HE IS IN CHARGE! Would love it!
Probably best that some of us are across the Country and relying on Prayers as a defense system against this evil deed.
Yup, Everyone who doesn't agree with slanders like referring to a statutorily-authorized removal of life support as 'murder' is, oh, a 'jerk.' Right. Name-calling so befits your callous agenda.
LOL
Once the De Novo trial is (if) approved will he will be the judge for it?
Greer will be out of the picture right?
Are you Jewish or just speaking as if you were?
That's not true. He had the DOJ helping. They were even in the corutroom. And Gibbs told someone at the vigil that he was told to file a brief by noon Sunday. The bill hadn't even passed yet. So Whittemore did have quite some time to read the brief.
Check your mail!
Well, I'm outta here for the night. Sleep well, everyone.
Don't EVER forget all of our prayers tonight.
Terri, we're rootin' for you. You and your family...and we love you.
I was only using your words. Not mine. I believe in prayer and action. Either is better than nothing. Both is ultimately the best! Many here have done all that they are capable of doing and have now turned it over to God. God bless you if you can do more! Go for it!
I think some just want to fight with those of us who have been praying. As you said, we all have been working. Some of us pray too. Anyone can go back through the posts to compare those of us who have been praying to our postings of faxes, phone calls and emails sent if they wish.
"The other part of the thread - post #1 - may also play into it. But some people don't think so and some do. The 3 page letter ( http://mullings.com/leader-03-25-05.pdf ) that was sent by the GOP (Friends of the Court) to the judge are thinking that is why he chose to listen to the case again. "
This makes sense to me when I think about what i heard earlier today (Thurs)after the Greer ruling. Randall Terry said that the Whittmore court called them and said they would reconsider, well probably they got this and that made them call for the rehearing. That adds some weight.
Including us. My mother in law was disabled. She had polio at 3. She became a remarkable woman despite one atrophied arm and a very much shorter leg with numerous surgeries. She lived till the age of 88, unheard of for early polio victims.
Night Gramma (from a MomMom lol)
Goodnight! Sweet dreams!
You are arrogant and presumptuous. Don't assume that all Christians want to punish poor Terri further. There are many evangelical Christians praying tonight that Judge Greer's order is sustained and that Terri can finally be allowed to go Home in peace. Hasn't she served enough time with that hellish life of slurry pumping and diapers for the 'physical life at any cost' crowd? Many of us remember the words of Paul that we, as Christians, should not grieve for loss of physical life "... like the rest who have no hope." Terri is 'stealing away home' tonight.
If I were him, I'd feel guilty after every slug of coffee...
Yeah, he should have...this is cruel
Whittmore court called them? (wow!)
OK, I cannot argue with you as we are on the same side. I only hope your prayers help.
