A local radio station announced that the Florida Dept of Law Enforcement told Judge Greer that they will not intervene by placing Terri in protective custody.

It means that no one can take Terri into protective custody. DCF is out of the picture.

Well....I think he DOES have a swelled head and an exaggerated sense of his own importance.

Yesterday.....HE was going to charge others with assault and battery. Today......he is going to charge someone with kidnapping.

Either that...or he has some really good dirt on the D.A. and knows his wish is the D.A.'s command.

I also thought kidnapping....all kidnappings were federal. But I really have no idea.
