even prior to this sad (lack of) ruling in Terris case, This has been the most pitiful, wishy-washy court in the recent history of our country. They refuse to take firm stands on anything. Justice Kennedy looks to popular culture for trends and contemporary attitudes when he sites his opinions on constitutional issues.

Did anyone hear about the letters delivered to Jeb Bush in October 2003 from very credible attorneys, outlining why under the law, he has the authority to take Terri into custody?
