Why do you ask such a question anyway?

I'm hoping you will understand that people can be murdered by having a health-related device taken away.

In some cases, yes.

If a mother feeds her pre-school children 3x a day for 2 years and then she purposely does not feed her children for days on end, and they die, that is death by omission and murder.
