The State Police will follow the Executive Branch's orders, not the orders of a judge acting beyond the scope of his judicial powers.

Judge Greer cannot enjoin enforcement of a law on the books.

The State Attorney General can give an opinion that DCF is acting within its statutory authority, and that the Judge cannot enjoin enforcement of a law on the books.

The State Police will follow the Executive Branch's directions. That is the chain of command.

If Greer can't stop DCF and law enforcement, why didn't they just keep going to the hospice and pick up Terri today? I know that Greer will rule tomorrow on DCF's petition--perhaps they're waiting util then to pick up Terri.
