Admittedly, this was a very long time ago back in U.S. history when the judiciary was only one of the three branches of our government. Right on.

Democrats get excited about the use of military force only when it's against Americans. So sad, so true.

Thank you Ann. Exactly what I have been saying for days.

"citing as precedent the landmark "Fox v. Henhouse" ruling of 1893." Love that woman. There were some good zingers in here again, but this one jumped out the most.

Ann Coulter could make one call to her friend Matt Drudge and this whole situation could have turned. I firmly believe if the public got wind of Michael Schiavo and his past/present actions the outcry would have been there. Instead the masses believe this woman is a vegetable and Michael is an innocent victim.
Drudge could have highlighted on his website affidavits from Terri's nurse Carla Iyer stating "when is that B--ch going to die". Drudge could have highlighted the other doctors and nurses witnessing Terri's condition. He could have headlined the O'Reilly guest that was misdiagnosed in a PVS state and had starvation attempted on her. Her story was right out of Edgar Allen Poe.
Drudge could have highlighted the ABC polls being push polls or the ABC/Washington Post Republican memo story as being a democrat dirty trick.
What does Coulter's friend Drudge chose to expose today: a Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie and a story about a GOP adviser dying of drugs.
Coulter's efforts could have been more useful in getting publicity on the facts of this story rather than writing a piece complaining about others inaction.

What was supposed to be the "least dangerous" branch has become the most dangerous literally to the point of ordering an innocent American woman to die, and willfully disregarding congressional subpoenas. 40 million dead Americans and counting.

I think she forgot about shooting Randy Weavers son and Wife, since Randy wouldn't be an informant.
