I don't know what that has to do with anything. I was just answering a poster's question. The poster didn't know what was illegal, so I informed him/her. I made no value judgement about the law in my post.

As you said, they are being charged with trespassing. I read it as a statement of fact rather than of judgment.

Similarly, it is a statement of fact that human laws are not the highest arbiter of right and wrong, of what should be allowed and not allowed. People everywhere are always obligated to follow the dictates of their own consciences above any merely human law.
