I don't know what that has to do with anything. I was just answering a poster's question. The poster didn't know what was illegal, so I informed him/her. I made no value judgement about the law in my post.

I was thinking the same thing.

I remember once in Korea one of our guys was told by an officer NOT to give some of his rations to this little kid standing close by, who looked like he had not eaten in days.... the officer did not want a bunch of kids around for some unknown reason... he was a ________ anyway.

THE SOLDIER TOOK ONE TINY BITE FROM HIS CANDY BAR AND THREW IT ON THE GROUND NEAR THE KID AFTER SAYING TO THE OFFICER,

" YUK!! I HATE THIS CHOCOLATE... I AM THROWING THIS JUNK AWAY!

THE KID GRABBED THE CANDY AND WAS GONE IN A FLASH!!
