If all the negative facts I've heard in the case are true, all Jeb should do is state one by one all the things being overlooked and make the Judges in Florida look like the hacks they are.
Also this will deservedly slash the Democrat party followers.
Keep in mind, that even some Democrat voters can't stomach this kind of murder.

Jeb could at least send in a HAZMAT team with the National Guard. Stick an oxygen mask on her and whisk her out of that Hospice (whose Board member just happens to be George Felos)
