Bush has the National Guard.
Exactly WHAT army does the Court system have?
Jeb said that Terri MIGHT HAVE BEEN MISDIAGNOSED.
It has to do with her CONSTITUTIONAL rights.....he said. He pointed out that criminals get more rights...and she should be afforded the same.
--Presidential order backed up by federalize national guard or federal marshalls to rescue the girl.
--Governor order backed up by state troopers or Florida national guard.
These would appear to be the only three ways to save the girl now. (What with the turndown by the entire 11th Circuit Court).
(Or, massive civil disobedience at the site, I suppose....)
Long black robes?
let's get real here. National Guardsmen are not going to storm the hospice and shoot all the police there (if that's what it took) to take her into custody in defiance of a court order.
Governor Bush,jeb.bush@myflorida.com
For the love of God, take Terri into protective custody. Base it on the effectual obstruction of justice that Greer has in essence committed in denying protective care to Terri while the state protective service abuse investigation regarding her is ongoing and until that investigation is complete.
The very object of that investigation is to PROTECT TERRI. This cannot happen if she dies. Greer has trampled separation in his comments regarding the request. Either get another Judge to issue the order and use that to take her into protective custody, or act on your executive authority and constitutional standinge as Governor.
Sincerely,
Jeff Head
He'd best use it pronto. It's been five days.
Greer: an army of one.
