Praying is wonderful, but breaking the law is not. Governor Bush can not break the law.

No one wants him to break the law, but these folks have access to the best legal and political minds that exist. Surely the law can be used to save her life and those that are to follow her.

Aside from the fact that he wouldn't be, why can't he? Judge Greer does. Regularly.

If you had found a way to steal thousands of dollars from wealthy elderly, where would you find the most victims? Yes, Florida is the first state that comes to my mind.

Former Sheriff Rice Uneasy As Schiavo Case Goes to Congress

Greer, a probate judge in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, has assisted Michael Schiavo in the judicial homicide of the brain damaged woman who sustained her injuries in 1990 in suspicious circumstances at her home when only Michael Schiavo was present.

Rice was sheriff of Pinellas County at the time and despite repeated complaints of abuse allegations in the Schiavo case, including recent incidents of alleged abuse by Michael Schiavo towards his incapacitated wife, Rice has steadfastly refused to investigate them.
