Governor Bush can not break the law.

Aside from the fact that he wouldn't be, why can't he? Judge Greer does. Regularly.

What's Really Driving the Death Train

Is Pinellas County using guardianship as a cover for robbing the handicapped and elderly?

Former Sheriff Rice Uneasy As Schiavo Case Goes to Congress

Greer, a probate judge in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, has assisted Michael Schiavo in the judicial homicide of the brain damaged woman who sustained her injuries in 1990 in suspicious circumstances at her home when only Michael Schiavo was present.

Rice was sheriff of Pinellas County at the time and despite repeated complaints of abuse allegations in the Schiavo case, including recent incidents of alleged abuse by Michael Schiavo towards his incapacitated wife, Rice has steadfastly refused to investigate them.

Judge Greer did not "break the law."

People, this is an utterly ridiculous comment. Did he misinterpret something? In my estimation, yes. But what is this ridiculous statement about "judicial homocide" - PLEASE!!! Rationality has left this site completely.
