There is an ongoing, offcial and legal investigaton by Florida protective services of abuse of Terri by her husband while she has been under medical care. It is aimed at protecting Terri.

The Governor has a duty to make sure she is protected and the Judge is obstructing the very purpose of that investigation. I believe he could and should act. If there's a constitutional crisis, so be it. There already is. He can fight it better from his position than Terri, and Terri would be vouchsafed while it went on.

I also believe we must focus on the Senate, but believe this avenue worth pursuing in the mean time and at the same time.

I agree with you -- pursue every angle that is available right now.

How can people in this Hospice let this happen or the cops surrounding her -- to deny someone food and water would make me quit my job and walk out in protest.
