Governor Bush,
For the love of God, take Terri into protective custody. Base it on the effectual obstruction of justice that Greer has in essence committed in denying protective care to Terri while the state protective service abuse investigation regarding her is ongoing and until that investigation is complete.
The very object of that investigation is to PROTECT TERRI. This cannot happen if she dies. Greer has trampled separation in his comments regarding the request. Either get another Judge to issue the order and use that to take her into protective custody, or act on your executive authority and constitutional standinge as Governor.
Sincerely,
Jeff Head
Was just on another thread asking why it took their attorneys 10 hours to file an appeal and was told that probably they are changing their pleading to follow the roadmap set forth by the FL District Judge and the dissenting Judge on the 11th.
Where are the attorneys of the Right to Life groups -- they sit on a pile of money and have some really good attorneys? I feel sorry for their attorney because I think he is over his head in this one and needs legal advice himself. Just want to know with all the money donated to Right to Life and other pro-life groups, why some of that money couldn't be used to get the best lawyers available in this life and death struggle.
Thank you Jeff! I just sent my email with a clear subject line in case they don't have enough time to read them all. May God grant Jeb strength.
Jeff, I don't want to embarrass you, but I do want to thank and congratulate you for your work in this. You've been quietly leading by example and I admire that very much.
Hope that wasn't too maudlin.
