I wonder too. Maybe they were afraid and now they see there is strength in numbers. I think Judge Greer discounted the first nurses story.

The Judge had all of their depositions at that time but decided to disregard them.

From the very beginning and all along the way Judge Greer threw out their affidavits as hearsay and did not admit their testimony or affidavits as evidence in their findings.

That's the problem with these appeals, they are based merely on findings from the original court (Judge Greer's) and did he violate any proceedings. These federal courts are not looking into the original issues and all the evidence that Judge Greer and Judge Baird suppressed.

They all signed sworn affidavits two years ago. Apparently, the DA and/or judge didn't find their testimony sufficiently "compelling". Maybe we can convince them otherwise...

On the Hannity & Colmes show, Carla Sauer Iyer reported to the hospice, while she was working there, that she thought Micael Sciavo was abusing Terry. She said she also filed a police report. She said she was then dismissed.

Incidentally, I believe that Schiavo's atty. George Felos has an interest in the hospice that Terry Schiavo is in, and has friends on the board of directors.
Someone please correct me on this if that info is incorrect.

I heard two different people say something about gag-orders yesterday, one for SURE was a nurse.

they did submit the affidavits...but the Judge threw them out....don't ask me why....
