I do not believe these nurses. Why many many years after the fact are they coming forth with these allegations. It would seem they are seeking media attention, or simply they seek to keep Terri alive. (nothing wrong with that). Nonetheless, they can't be considered truths. If in fact they are telling the truth, they should be taken to court by the family for not coming forward earlier to put a stop to the actions.

They did come forward and were vilified and had trouble finding work. They did come forward even though they feared for their own safety and well being. They did come forward and Judge Greer decided to ignore their affidavits. They came forward when Terris's feeding tube was removed several times before but the MSM didn't pick up on it like they have this time.

I'm still wondering why Micheal waited 7 years to say Terri said she wanted to die if ever in this situation.

Some of these women did come forward before and Judge "God" Greer chose to disregard them.

They most defiantly have their licenses in jeopardy for coming forward..would you give up your career quickly for a possible lost cause.

Give the women credit for facing the reality of our times at first and now seeing there is a chance for change with all the media coverage.

what do the nurses have to gain? Media attention isn't always a good thing. And their affadavits were under oath, subject to perjury. Match that against what Michael has to gain with Terri out of the picture. No contest IMO.

The nurse Carla Sauer Iyer did approach the police and hospital authorities at that time and was summarily dismissed. In my humble opinion the others were then severely intimidated in coming forward.

Some of these nurses are claiming that after her so-called husband's visits that Terry would be crying, visibly shaken, and sweaty. One of them says that she had suspicious marks on her body in unusual locations that weren't there before his visits, and she says that there was a bottle of insulin hidden in the garbage can after his visit. This isn't "hearsay", it's direct visual testimony by well-qualified medical professionals. Furthermore, if they're just lying and making it all up, they're unquestionably opening themselves to potential serious legal repercussions, and pretty much destroying their professional futures.

But you believe HINO coming forward SEVEN years after Terri's "accident" and suddenly remembering she said she wanted to die, such memory conveniently coming AFTER he was awarded over a million dollars to care for her for the rest of her life. Hmmmm...

What would the nurses have to gain by lying?

What would M Schiavo have to gain by lying?

....let us enlighten you with knowledge...when you submit affidavits, sir, you are swearing that the contents and representations therein ARE TRUE under penalties of perjury (which means prison). Get it now?

then why would you believe a husband who only remembered his wife wanted to die years after her collapse, after he got the money, after he moved in with his 2nd girlfriend since his wife's collapse? Let's see who is more credible, a husband who stands to gain if his wife dies and stands to possibly be jailed if she lives and tells the world what happened? or 3 women who have nothing to gain from lying?

I read old affidavits submitted to Greer at the time that the Schindlers petitioned Greer for Michael's removal as her guardian. Iyer was one; Trudy somebody; and a third one. Greer ignored these and refused to remove Michael as her guardian. I think two of these are two more nurses than the 3 from long ago. I can't tell you where to look because I followed a link on a Terri thread on here. Try googling in nurses/affidavits and look for older dates as I don't remember any names except Carla Iyer and this is at least her 2nd affidavit.
