I agree something does stink.
PS. Love those kyaking pics on your profile.
YIKES! What is wrong with that Bishop!
In a life vs death case are there not mandates that all tests possible should be performed before a judgement?
One would think so, though I can not attest because I do not practice that type of law.
I think you have misunderstood Dollar's point. She is an attorney and she is asking the questions that Michael's attorneys will raise. Sometimes to win a case you have to mock argue from the other side to ensure your argument is airtight before going to the judge.
This guy's girlfriend is probably just like Amber Fry.
Abusive men like Scott Peterson, OJ Simpson, Gary Condit, et all, never have had a problem finding stupid, gullible women for girlfriends.
I can't understand it, but no one can deny that there are women who will trip all over their own good sense, to be with abusive, dangerous guys.
Thanks FRiend.
Some of these nurses are claiming that after her so-called husband's visits that Terry would be crying, visibly shaken, and sweaty. One of them says that she had suspicious marks on her body in unusual locations that weren't there before his visits, and she says that there was a bottle of insulin hidden in the garbage can after his visit. This isn't "hearsay", it's direct visual testimony by well-qualified medical professionals. Furthermore, if they're just lying and making it all up, they're unquestionably opening themselves to potential serious legal repercussions, and pretty much destroying their professional futures.
Most of the people who are in collusion with Greer donated to his campaign.

"Greer allegedly raised one of the biggest war chests ever in a judicial campaign with contributions over $144,000."
"The contributors included members of the Michael Schiavo legal team, Hamden Baskin III, $500; Deborah Bushnell, $250; Felos and Felos of which lead Schiavo attorney George Felos is a principal, $250; Gynethe S. Stanley, $150 and $250; Steven Nilsson, $250 and $250."
"The maximum contribution allowed by an individual is $500."
There's tons more at The Empire Journal. I encourage anyone who wants to know more about what is wrong in Pinellas County to go read these articles. This is a case of judicial tyranny at its finest.

I heard that other nurse who worked just last weekend who after being contacted the minute she showed up to work by nursing staff to get her signature on a petition to State Lawmakers, refusing and later told that if she went public, she would be fired and was.
According to Michael Schiavo's November 19, 1993 deposition, case No. 90-2908-GD, the electrodes implanted were platinum.
If the items are not paramagnetic (like iron), there would be no danger and no contraindication to an MRI.
I must say that I began to be upset at your original post, but I see you are sincerely looking for truth. At least it looks that way to me, and I refuse to beat up on you. I'm still relatively new here too!
BUMP
The MD that testified on behalf of Micheal saw her for 45 minutes total..TOTAL!
>There is no evidence. Just heresay. I am not arguing against replacing the feeding tube, merely that these nurses are suspicious at best.<
Michael Schiavo testified that Terri told him something. Terri can't testify directly what she actually said. This is hearsay.
These nurses are testifying directly to the court, thus, their statements are not hearsay.
Go to this site, then click on the annual reports at the bottom. Felos started as director of the board in 1997 and left the position in 2001. He began as Michael's lawyer in 1998, and Terri was put into the Woodside Hospice (only one of many facilities run by The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast group). The print is small, but George Felos is the in the first position on the form.
