I suddenly awoke at about 3:30 AM this morning and the first thing I could think of was to check that the appeals court had said that Terry's feeding tube had been reinserted. Something I was confident would have happened by now.

I see to my horror they are letting her die.

Right now, I could care less about Bush or Cheney or Condi. Right now I'm so fed up with the "powers that be" because they can't keep some poor woman from being murdered that I'm not sure it really matters anymore who's president. I'm thinking they are all a bunch of bums right now. The whole lot of them including Congress and all in the judiciary.

I'm going to say a prayer and go back to sleep. Which is what most of the country appears to be. Asleep.
