I have to add my "voice" to those against the "Hack".

He does anything to tear down, defame, ruin, diminish, and denigrate the heroic efforts of our military.

He wishes for a perfect world. It is imperfect, but today, the military tries harder.

Except the JAC. They are infested with ACLU types. Can't kill Osama because we only have a picture and not his DNA!

Hackworth, a decorated combat veteran and self professed war hero, has sided with the liberal media and their cohorts in congress in attacking America’s military leaders. His know-it-all attitude may play well with the liberal left, but it hasn’t helped in our war against terrorism or with those soldiers who are fighting it.

I shouldn't have to remind people that Hack is a warrior, and has earned the right to be heard.

That being said, so have a lot of us here in FReepland. My personal take is that Hack is now nothing more then a disgruntled former employee. He was probably robbed of a well deserved star, but he needs to realize that that's not an excuse for trying to forward an agenda at the expense of troop morale.

Allow me to refresh your memory about the IRR (Individual Ready Reserve) General. Most Reserves transferred into the IRR, are in the IRR because of their unsatisfactory SELRES (Select Reserve) performance. And IRR members are keenly aware that IRR status means their ticket could be punched for a recall to Active Duty status.

It troubles me when a retired senior Officer asserts that an IRR member somehow deserves "front of the line" promotion privileges from the Active Duty list. Have you bounced this assertion off your SNCOs (Senior Non Commissioned Officers)? Such assertions make this SNCO FROAD (F’n Reserve On Active Duty) wonder: "What color is the sky in your world" General?

BTW General, it seems you’ve been cut a set of voluntary orders to the nearest VA clinic psychosis ward for commitment. Just file a travel claim for your cab fare as you undergo treatment.
