Does anyone know why Terri was in a hospice? I haven't figured that out and wonder how that came about.
She was moved there in secrecy, no notification, not even to the court until after it was done.
No proper certification, and has been there for 5 years.
It is well known that hospices are ONLY for people terminally ill and dying in 6 months or less.
Excellent question since she's not terminal. Bottom line is because hino, Greer, and Felos could and did. You do know that Felos is in the Hemlock Society and was once on the board of the hospice who only resigned when allegations of conflict of interest began surfacing.
And a doctor never signed for her to be admitted into the hospice which is required.
It came about because Michael hired George Felos, who happened to be the director of the board of the hospice where Terri was admitted illegally. Felos is a famed right-to-die lawyer in Clearwater.
