That's what I'm thinking, tutstar ... protective custody might not mean removing Terri because of her condition, but taking custody and keeping her where she is, under medical supervision. That would not violate Greer's order not to remove her ...

That would not violate Greer's order not to remove her ... OHhhh I hadn't even thought of that!! But what about putting in the feeding tube? wouldn't that have to be done in the hospital??

Mom made it sound like they were taking Terri into protective custody AND THEY WOULD BE HER GUARDIAN INSTEAD OF GREER AND MICHAEL. That's how my mom thought it was going to go down. I promised my mom that I would duck if bullets started flying between the opposing branches of law enforcement.
