Terri is rapidly dying. If they were heard en banc in Atlanta, that would take hours. It would take hours for them to rule. They will probably rule against, but even if they ruled for, Felos would appeal to the Supreme Court. More hours and hours. She does not have that. It may take some more time for her to die, but at some point her kidneys shut down and there is no more reason to appeal for the tube. These are my reasons why I think they short-circuited to the Supreme Court. But all Courts always rule against Terri, don't they?

I fear that time has run out for anything to be done at this point other than an Executive order to take Terri into protectice custody, but I don't think the Bush boys have the balls to do it.
Terri has touched my life in ways I can't explain and even if she dies she will always have a place in my heart and I hope her family knows how much she has changed me!
Dear Father in Heaven, We pray for Terri and her family during this horrible time. We know you never leave us in the dark hours of our life. Please be with Terri and get her through this. Please be with Terri's family as they endure the heartache of losing their daughter if that is what happens. We also still ask you for a miracle to happen and that Terri will be saved.
