Actually the bill stated the tube was to be reinserted and there was to be a De Novo trial. That was the point of the bill.
Just the fact that Schiavo is fighting this so hard, fighting against the parents of the person he says he loves so much, if he loved her, he would care about her parents. He is doing this because he is guilty of harming her, that is the ONLY reason!
