Well, I am not going to stay up all night again for a ruling so I am going to bed. This has just stressed me out beyond normalcy for me. I can't imagine what the Shindlers must feel like. So, I am going to bed. I guess I will just have to wait and see on TV or here in the morning to know what happend. If it is anything like what happend this morning I'd rather go back to bed and cry under my pillow!
Please God, don't let Terri die. Please save her from this horrible death sentance she has been given! Please get her away from HINO, Greer, Felos, an all that would want to harm her. Amen!

I honestly don't know. To look at it fresh, to me means to start over which could be as simple as looking at what the lawyers have filed and listening to the lawyers arguments but I am not a attorney.

Basically we have all been here today just waiting for the 11 circuit to rule. So far nothing but it is expected soon. Anybody's guess what they are going to rule.
On the Florida scene, they are in need of one or so more Senators that will come over to Terri's side to pass a bill there. So far, nothing.
Sean Hannity has been on the scene at the Hospice broadcasting. Terri is weakening.
