Don't answer if you can avoid it...I learned the hard way all you'll get is argument, not sane reasoning. This thread has been such a blessing...people who love Terri. I hope the naysayers will go to the other threads and please leave us alone. We're working.

Exactly, and this is not no doctor, this is a top Neurologist from the Mayo clinic who is saying Terri was misdiagnosed! Greer better err on the side of life just like Bush said or me thinks Greer will be held accountable for Terri's death if she dies! Honestly I don't see how any judge can take a Neurologist serious if he believes that people who have Alzheimers and PVS should not have consitutional rights and should die! yep, that is what the Neurologist who testified for HINO believes! Truly shocking! Sorry, but that is a doctor who just wants people dead if you ask me! Sooner or later if we don't put a stop to this madness our country will start putting to death people for this very thing all the time because some freakizoid Neurologist says we should!
They have a little time but not much. To heck with the courts here. I think we have more hope than we've had in days because of that presser. I'm really pleasantly surprised. Jeb just may step up on what we have prayed for.
We are watching the law in action. There comes a time when rationality, which is half of our essence, has to share with aesthetics. The law is an a$$.

The law they're using states she needs to be PVS. This Mayo doctor says she's minimally concious. What's Greer gonna say? The Mayo doctor is incompetent? Hopefully Greer knows when the jig is up.

(2) EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE SERVICES INTERVENTION.--If the department has reasonable cause to believe that a vulnerable adult is suffering from abuse or neglect that presents a risk of death or serious physical injury to the vulnerable adult and that the vulnerable adult lacks the capacity to consent to emergency protective services, the department may take action under this subsection. If the vulnerable adult has the capacity to consent and refuses consent to emergency protective services, emergency protective services may not be provided.

Some guy on Sean saying basically, Christians are terrible for wanting Terri to live. His wife's a doctor that treated Terri, he says, and he's a lawyer. She has half a brain ans will never get better....blah, blah, blah.
They just don't get it.
