Another part near and dear to my view:

In the end, enforcement power is in the hands of the president and the executive branch of government. The president has the authority, and duty, to refuse to enforce any court order that he views as contrary to the law. Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution instructs the president to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

The president alone may decide how to execute or enforce the laws. If the president understands a judicial decision as contrary to the law, the president is within his constitutional rights to ignore a judge's order.

After that event, the high priest, Joseph ben Caiaphas democrat party leadership and their mouthpiece minions, said it is better that this man disabled woman should lose his lifebe put down and shut up for good than that we should lose our place as a nation leaders to so many now converted death cultists in being embarassed by any recovery for her if she's kept alive and given therapy again."

Well, this is certainly important. If the president or governor doesn't use his authority, then why do we have them.

I would certainly support President Bush and Governor Jeb Bush using their authority in any way possible to reign in an out of control judiciary branch. I certainly wouldn't object.
