Why else would someone order that a disabled woman be deprived of water until she dies of thirst? A logical person can only assume that the judge is either insane or in on the take.

He's following the law. The husband is the legal guardian. He has made this decision. The judge cannot find any legal reason to deviate from the law.

Freepers usually flip out when a judge substitutes their personal views over the letter of the law, and yet they're calling this judge names for refusing to be an activist.

THe law here is obviously wrong. Which is why the congress in Florida ought to be involved. A husband shouldn't be allowed to murder his wife.

Correct.

Judges make calls I don't like or agree with and I get furious!

Then I calm down and realize, They are following the LAW.

So what are your views on partial-birth abortion? Taking "under God" out of the pledge? Banning all things Christian but not Jewish or Muslim? Activist judges have ruled on all of these items fairly recently.

BTW, I seem to recall you taking the liberal position on quite a few other topics as well, so perhaps these questions are frivolous.
