I think the cops feel kind of bad for arresting the woman with the water bottle. My only clue is the lack of handcuffs - so far - they probably have no option when she gets tossed in the paddy wagon.

In my mind, each and every one of these police officers are no different than the Nazi troopers who allowed themselves to be a part of the holocaust! It's the old "I was only following orders" excuse here in the good ol' USA! These cops are the worst of the lot, just cowardly scum packin' guns to do the will of the "Fuhrer", Judge Greer!
