Think these folks have ever heard of "vapor lock"?

My "Fraud-o-meter" is off scale....

Mine too. It mentions converting gasoline to a gas, then talks about vaporization, then phase change. Gasoline doesn't change to a gas in the engine, it is mixed with air...vaporized.

--yeah--and the "surface tension sometimes causing water not to boil til 300F" bit raises a credibility flag too---

Vapor lock is a phenomenon associated with carburetors as they have shut-off valves; ECM engines distribute fuel at 35-50 PSI and rout back to the tank any unused fuel so there is no air space in the delivery line.
