The charge is she has been neglected - all this time in court that issue has not been brought up. So I don't buy it based on that fact.

I am a nurse. I know what standard of care is.
It is neglect to not brush a patients teeth,
it is neglect to avoid range of motion.
Any time you see a patient with contractures it is prima facia evidence of neglect.
A contracture is the evidence of poor nursing care, just the same as a bed sore would be.
