Here's a link to the video of the Fox & Friends interview with Terri's former nurse:

Send it to Drudge.
I've been sending the affidavit all morning with no luck. I think I'm on ignore.
Sworn Affidavit of Carla Iyer:

can't view it on this computer bump.
According to Terri's brother, there was a 4 year statute of limitations on the act (MS injecting her with insulin) and they would not prosecute based on that fact. While I understand your concern, probably more than most, pushing this will not help Terri. My dad made the conscious decision to die this way 3 years ago after discussing it with the family. It was horrible and I have never recovered from the trauma. I am horrified by these actions in regard to Terri, and while I wish he would fry for this, there is nothing that can be done legally at this point on that particular matter.
I wish the interviewers would have asked her if the police investigated the matter. My guess is that they came to the home, talked to the DON; Carla was discredited by them and she had been terminated.....no further action by police.
I watched this on Fox and was horrified. I heard she was also on CNN this morning and the interview was actually better than Fox's. Could someone find a link to that and post it here?
I am glad that Carla has come forward and is speaking to the media. I had read her sworn affadavit and kept thinking why doesn't SOMEONE speak to her NOW. She lost her job trying to do right by her patient. Thank you for posting this link.
Do you have any links; I would be interested in viewing.
Bump
Another thought just popped into my head. She went to the police; I wonder if it was the same department that Michael was working for as a nurse. He would have access to insulin in his job also.
...and you're privy to this information how?
They're all fruitcakes, liars and quacks. Anybody who supports keeping Terri Schiavo alive fits that bill. Ask Judge Greer if you don't believe me.
Michael worked at the local police station? Is this true? Also, I read another comment yesterday that he bought Terri's life insurance policy from his girlfriend (she worked at his insurance company). Has anyone confirmed this?
We went to the state attorney's office - Bernie McCabe (sp), in Pinellas County, and, if I remember correctly, they were not very kind about him getting back to us. They told..my father..even if Terri was a victim of strangulation, there's a 4-year statute of limitations which would protect Michael.
And you HAVE dug deeper and found this to be the case? Or are you just making a wild claim? If you know more, why aren't you sharing it?
"Michael worked at the local police station? Is this true? Also, I read another comment yesterday that he bought Terri's life insurance policy from his girlfriend (she worked at his insurance company). Has anyone confirmed this?"
It was reported in the media that Michael is a nurse and works in that capacity at the jail. I do not know if it is the same department that this incident was reported to or if he was working at a jail at the time of the incident. I don't know about a life insurance policy. I heard Michael's brother on tv last night say there was not a policy.
OR they have made up their minds that this is a private matter for Michael, everyone else should stay out of it.
You prove my point.
