Send it to Drudge.
I've been sending the affidavit all morning with no luck. I think I'm on ignore.

can't view it on this computer bump.
According to Terri's brother, there was a 4 year statute of limitations on the act (MS injecting her with insulin) and they would not prosecute based on that fact. While I understand your concern, probably more than most, pushing this will not help Terri. My dad made the conscious decision to die this way 3 years ago after discussing it with the family. It was horrible and I have never recovered from the trauma. I am horrified by these actions in regard to Terri, and while I wish he would fry for this, there is nothing that can be done legally at this point on that particular matter.
I really thought the testimony of Terri's friends, on Greta last night, was much more powerful! They said that Terri was a very faithful Catholic, and actually said that she did not believe Karen Ann Quinlan should have her breathing tube pulled.
Terri's co worker testified that Terri was not happy in her marriage and was thinking of leaving. He was controlling of Terri, and Terri had bruises on her arms that looked like hand prints! Come on!
Looking at the rulings of the judges, it is just like something from the Taliban.
