I am in agreement with you on this. There should be an investigation.
Perhaps, the parents can ask for an autopsy. Such an autopsy would reveal whether there were broken bones consistent with abuse.

Michael has already said no autopsy and immediate cremation. However, can the parents bring a wrongful death suit against Michael and the judge?

Terri's "husband" has already succeeded in getting a ruling from Judge Greer that she is to be cremated immediately- no autopsy. It seems the world has gone mad!

I have read that MS will have her creamated as soon as she dies without any memorial service or burial. Sounds like Reno/Clinton administration doing away with evidence at the killing at Waco.
