The judge is saying that the Schindlers wouldn't prevail at a de novo hearing.

My God, especially in light of Greer's conflict of interest so early on, not to mention so many other things, how the heck can Whittemore say that?

Has anything in recent history proven the insanity of our broken Justice System more than this? The system is totally politicized.

He's saying one, they are unlikely to convince the court that Terri is not in persistent vegetative state. Two, that Terri did not tell her husband that she did not want to live in such a condition. Micheal may be a heal and he certainly has moved on but so has Terri. She has been gone for 15 years.
