The judge is a liberal, not knowing good from evil, only that the death of innocents is good - a palliator of sin.

It'll end up at the USSC, but they have to go through the 11th circuit first--and Gibbs will have to convince the 11th circuit to order the feeding tube restored.

btw, 26 hours for the case to be filed, have a hearing and render a decision is working at warp speed for the courts.

The judge has refused to allow a medical procedure, but he could decree that Terri can't be denied oral hydration. He could even order more testing.

The fact that he's going to continue the dehydration and made no comment on alternates - added to the hour of his ruling - leads me to believe that he's prejudiced against life as an inalienable right.

Non-action is death for Terri Schiavo.

Then the other people who testified about her wishes were lying too. It wasn't just the word of her husband that convinced the FL courts.

If she dies and Schaivo was lying and this can be be proven in a court of law, Schiavo should be brought up on charges. Same goes for anyone else who may have perjured him/herself in order to kill Terri Schiavo.

And this ruling respects Terri's wishes.

Prove it.

Are you surprised your non-Clintonista president and governor haven't granted a stay of execution?

What about the fact that your Senators are the biggest advocates of baby killing along with Hillary and Chuckie "cheez" Schumer as well as Boxer and Feinstein.

It is well known that Kennedy and Kerry stink up the place all the time. So one who claims Massachusetts as home does not have room to critize the Bushes unless they also have been critizing the "drunk" and "bird hunter".

May I suggest that all the personal stuff be just ignored today.

A woman is dying and Freeprs if they would , might just stick to posting and trying to keep the thread clear of silly attacks and word plays. This is not entertainment for us at this point.

This is just a decision on whether the judge would grant a TRO. In order to do so, from what I've been able to gather, the Schindlers would have to prevail in the de novo hearing. The judge is saying that the Schindlers wouldn't prevail at a de novo hearing.

As was posted yesterday by someone, this judge's 'best friend' is one of Tampa's largest porn dealers and was in court watching the proceedings. Tells you a lot about his personal morality.

Did not catch that. This needs a big BUMP!

WRONG!@ Greer decided who's testimoney was valid nad considered 'fact', not the other courts. He arbitrarily threw out testimoney from family members and Terri's friends.
