I can't help but believe an effort should have been undertaken to question the "fitness" of her husband as her guardian.

Can't a lawsuit be filed that would bring the conflicting interests before a judge? If her husband has two children with another woman since Terry has been put in this position, isn't he "unfit" as a husband and caregiver?

Got something hard to say. Brace yourself. Enough with the paper pushing. Terri's lawyer should suggest that the judge have Terri tied to the back of a pickup and dragged. Then, the government could legally intervene.

I'm fed up with this Pro-Death Law! Help the wicked! Kill the innocent! THE LAW IS PROVING ITSELF IN NEED OF A HUGE ENEMA!

Linda Chavez says the fact that he is in a common-law relationship with another woman should abbrogate his being considered Terri's husband.

It sounds like he is a bigamist to me.

Re: conflicted interest- this guy wanted her alive until lawsuit ended - then off with her useless head! I understand his lawyer is on the board of the hospice where she is - don't know if this is true - but imagine Hillary being on the board and and representing her favorite enemy in the way - hmmmmmmmm... definitely a conflict. When she dies - the lawyer gets paid.
